We needed a new family car, and we found one on the internet at Motor Center Heinen in Werne.Despite the long distance of 350km, we decided to get in touch and received excellent advice from Mr. Wachsmann from the first conversation to the end of the process.The entire process only took place via telephone and email, which in no way means that things went badly. ;-)Mr. Wachsmann was always there for us, always available, and gave us great advice.The vehicle was extremely well prepared and shone in all its glory. 🙂 , there was a bouquet of flowers for the woman, which is in no way understandable. Everything was as discussed and described.We are very satisfied and would like to thank Motorcenter Heinen and especially Mr. Wachsmann once again.We would buy a car from you again at any time, but I would be happy to accept the distance to do so.ThanksG. I picked up my VW T-Cross about 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. I felt like I was in good hands at the Heinen Autocenter in Werne. Mr. Wachsmann definitely contributed to this. I can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team at the car dealership. Although we had slight difficulties, it has to be said that whether the workshop or the rest of the team tried to help at any time, they were friendly and understanding.I would really like to emphasize that no matter when you call or drive past, the young man at reception is exceptional. He is sooooo sweet and accommodating, no matter what concerns you approach him with. I've never experienced anything like that with Audi, Peugeot, Kia, Chevrolet or Dodge (I've never driven any other cars). You immediately get in a good mood when he greets you warmly and starts to smile. So for that alone I would give ten stars if possible.Now to our salesperson, Mr. Wachsmann, here too I have to say, no one has ever looked after me so well. Every email was answered promptly, kindly and personably. Every little bump in the road, sorted out of the way in a nice way. I don't think I'll ever buy my cars anywhere else again. Many car dealerships should learn a thing or two about this.I can 100 percent recommend the Motorcenter Heinen in Werne with a clear conscience. Simply top!Thank you thank you thank you

I can highly recommend the Autohaus Motor Center Heinen. A viewing of the vehicle was possible spontaneously without any problems or necessary scheduling. You could then take a look at your desired vehicle in peace on the large site and, upon request, you were given the keys you needed to look at the vehicle from the inside. If there were any questions or clarifications, help was provided immediately. The test drive could then be carried out straight away, which all in all made the process very uncomplicated and simple. Thanks to the smooth process, the purchase contract was signed on the same day.I would like to personally thank MrJulius, who was able to provide great advice and managed and handled the entire process confidently. The vehicle was wonderfully prepared and had a new TÜV + inspection and some new parts that were changed without any problems.You definitely can't go wrong with buying a car here!

Friendly and reliable contact before the viewing appointment for a used car, unfortunately on the day of the viewing 2 hours before the appointment, the disappointment that the car was not ready for a test drive due to a technical defect.Still went there and looked at the car. Unfortunately the condition was not appropriate for its age, which was probably due to the fact that the car had previously been registered with a car rental company.Unfortunately, we had to ask the seller for this information. When we commented that some of the defects could definitely be remedied for the price asked for, we rejected it, and nothing more could be done about the price.Unfortunately, the seller didn't really take the time and actually just wanted to sell the vehicle. There was no advice or "advertisement" of the car - the seller was only present when we looked at the vehicle.After we agreed that we would not buy the car without a test drive, the seller suggested that he would contact us as soon as the vehicle was repaired and available for a test drive.The ad was then advertised for a few weeks (the vehicle was meanwhile reduced by several hundred euros) and at some point the vehicle was no longer available. Unfortunately, we never heard from the seller again after the viewing, despite the above-mentioned agreement...

I bought my Golf 7 GTI TCR from Mr. Kaya about 1.5 months ago. Super friendly staff and great advice. Even with the delivery itself there was nothing to complain about. However, I have to deduct a star because I find a delivery time of almost exactly 1 month for a used car really hard. I can't say whether it was ultimately the car dealership or the road traffic department.

I found an advert from this car dealership via an online portal for a leasing car that I was very interested in.Everything worked uncomplicated and smoothly. The offer and the contract documents were sent promptly by Mr. Wachsmann. I was informed by him immediately when the car was ready for pickup. The handover was flawless including a bouquet of flowers and a wrapped car. First-class car dealership, here the customer is really still king! After an uncomplicatedly organized test drive and a fair price negotiation, we bought our used Seat Arona at the Werne location. If you have to wait a moment, we were provided with cold and warm drinks as we liked while we were waiting.When handed over, the vehicle was prepared like a new car, with a full tank of fuel and there was a brief introduction to the most important functions. As an absolute highlight, the car was unveiled under a black cloth for handover in the vehicle hall and my wife also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers.The vehicle transfer was also made possible in an uncomplicated manner. We called Heinen in Werne because we wanted to look at a car. We were able to come in the next day without an appointment. We were received very friendly and well advised. A spontaneous test drive was also made possible for us. Then we quickly bought the car. Everything worked smoothly. When the vehicle was handed over, the car was wrapped in a red cloth and my wife even got a bouquet of flowers. We were so happy with everything that we bought a small car for my wife on the day of the handover. Everything has worked smoothly so far. In 14 days the vehicle will be handed over again, and then maybe I will also get a bouquet of flowers 😉

I highly praise the offer, services and support of this Seller. The car is tested for half an hour, during which time you can get to know it well. However, preparing the car for collection took an extremely long time, as much as 3 weeks, which seriously thwarted my holiday plans. On the day the car was picked up, there was even a small ceremony, there were flowers, a grand unveiling, applause and everything. The company really rose to the occasion in this respect. Another big glitch was the fact that the battery charging cable, which is issued with a new car, was not provided with the car. At the beginning I was told that it was not in my car and I had to buy additional accessories. After conducting research and sending a letter of complaint regarding this matter, the cable was sent.

I never encountered a car dealership like this one. Perfect service and very very friendly personnel. There is a very good atmosphere in the car dealership, all the people who are working there are really positive and very friendly. I'm from Belgium and was looking to export a car from Germany to Belgium. However, i never done this myself. And as anyone knows, exporting a car from Germany to another country takes the right knowledge and good paperwork. When i bought my car (Seat) at the dealership, i was helped by Mr. Fabius Franke, and what can i say, he's just a top salesman. He masters the english language really good (cause my Deutsch is just basic) took his time with me to make sure i would understand everything i needed to know. He helped me on my way to the registration office by providing me with the right knowledge once i was there en bundled all of the documents i would need for registration.After i got the export plates back to the garage, he revealed my car from underneath a suede blanket (really nice touch) and gave a bundle of flowers to the person i was with and a thermos to drink coffee in the car for me. As a gift. Afterwards he again made sure i was totally satisfied and gave me a full information brief inside the car about all the options and how to use them.What can i say, if i wanted to buy a new/used car again or somebody i know would be interested, i would definitely recommend them this garage in Kamen.I also would like to thank the rest of the personnel for helping with the car and everything around it. The guy who washed the car also did a really nice job. The car looked like it was brand new.Really guys, thank you for everything! Keep up the amazing work you all do.

That's great customer service!!From the first customer contact to picking it up just fine...We were looking for a Seat Leon and found Autohaus Heinen pretty quickly. Short contact and quickly made an appointment for a test drive. Mr. Franke was extremely customer-oriented right from the start, and made a great effort with lots of explanations when trying it out. The commercial processing, scheduling, etc. absolutely top!A real highlight was the pickup. I've bought a few cars, but I've never experienced anything like this. The black Leon stood there, wrapped in a red cloth like an exclusive new car. A real experience... At the handover, Mr. Franke gave everything again and put in a performance that can no longer be topped. I can only give more than 5 stars for this.We will the Heinen car dealership and here in particular Mr. Warmly recommend Franke and look back at the next Seat.

Ich habe mich dort Ende letzten Jahres für einen Gebrauchtwagen entschieden.Das Auto selbst bin ich nun einige Zeit gefahren, ist wie beschrieben und alles funktioniert soweit bis auf ein zwei Kleinigkeiten. Das ist ja aber normal bei einem alten Auto und passiert halt.Zudem ein Lob an den Aufbereiter.Der Service und die Abwicklung dahingegen waren in meinen Augen eine Katastrophe.Ich musste hinterher telefonieren um den Stand der Dinge zu erfahren, vereinbarte Rückrufe kamen gar nicht, oder erst am nächsten Tag. Und aus 1 bis 1,5 Wochen wurden dann fast 2 Monate.Auch wurde der Verkäufer recht ausfallend als man nach einem Monat fragte ob es endlich einen Termin für die Auslieferung gibt und bezichtigte mich einer Drohung als gefragt wurde ob man wegen des Termins beim Inhaber nachfragen muss.Ausgemacht war, dass das Auto ein neues Verdeck erhält.Bei einem Telefonat hieß es dann auch mal, dass das Zweitausrüster-Verdeck von der Qualität nicht gut sei und man doch ein Originalverdeck bestellen muss. Bei Abholung war dann aber plötzlich doch das Zweitausrüster-Verdeck montiert. Gibt einem natürlich auch ein super Gefühl. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann dass der betreuende Verkäufer mich diesbezüglich zurückrufen wird, was jedoch, wie erwartet, nie geschah.Die Übergabe war auch nicht wirklich überzeugend. Diese wurde dann auch von einem dritten Verkäufer durchgeführt, was ja erstmal nicht schlimm ist. Aber dass ich dann genau aufpassen muss welche Unterlagen ich alles bekomme, und belächelt werde weil ich die alten TÜV Berichte und Rechnungen haben wollte, geht auch nicht. Laut ihm braucht man das ja nicht mehr.Eine nachweisbare Historie ist ja scheinbar bei einem 22 Jahre alten Auto mit geringer Laufleistung, welche zudem bei über 20.000 Euro gehandelt werden nicht nötig...Ein paar Tage vor Fertigstellung gab es dann zwar einen Ersatzwagen und die Kosten für das Einnähen von einer neuen Sitzwange wurden auch übernommen, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Jedoch ist das für mich kein "Ausgleich" in dem Sinne. Das war für mich eher der Funke der mich davon abgehalten hatte, vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten zu wollen.

We also bought our Skoda Superb from Mr. Franke. We are also enthusiastic about Mr. Franke. A very high level of social and professional competence. We were served immediately on request, several cars were shown to us, no pressure, no time pressure. You immediately noticed that Mr. Franke likes to do his job. After contacting the sales advisor (Mr. Franke) by telephone, I viewed the vehicle on site 2 days later and then bought it. The entire sales process deserves 5 stars! The sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was professionally (fueled and clean) prepared for a test drive and all questions answered. The vehicle handover after registration by the dealership was lovingly designed. All in all, quite a few other dealerships can take a look at one or the other here.In short: 100% satisfied, unreserved recommendation!

5/5 stars!I decided on a Seat Leon, which I had previously found on mobile. I called directly and made an appointment for a viewing and test drive. My seller was Mr. Franke, a really cool guy, he neither talked about me nor talked about anything, great!Mr. Franke took a lot of time for me and answered all my questions about the car, in the end I test-driven a 2nd Seat without any problems to have a comparison and what can I say it turned out to be the 2nd! The highlight was the pick-up, the car was handed over to me as if it were a new car, wrapped in a cloth, with flowers for my girlfriend and an umbrella for me, great action because other dealers can take a slice of it, that gives me once again a great feeling as a customer!I didn't have to worry about the registration either, Mr. Franke did that right away, free of charge! Thanks for the great advice, I can 100% recommend it.

We can recommend Motorcenter Heinen without reservation. From the test drive arranged over the phone to the contract processing and the vehicle handover, we felt very well looked after and advised by the sales consultant Mr. Goldbach. When the vehicle was handed over, everything important was explained to us in detail and one or two questions about the vehicle were answered in detail.Ok, there was zero room for negotiation when it came to price, but we can ignore that because the vehicle we bought was by far the cheapest compared to other identical vehicles.

Bad experience!!!!!!!I would like to share my extremely unpleasant experience with Motor Center Heinen GmbH. Despite personal visits and reservation three months ago, the vehicle was sold after I had driven a distance of over 150 km. There was a dent on the door, a scratched bumper and a missing checkbook, so it wasn't as described. The seller's tone was also unprofessional and not very customer-friendly. In addition, the seller was not available to clarify my concerns. A pity!!! Never again!!!!

Unfortunately very disappointed.Bought a used Ford fiesta there in January 2023. 1 month later Kat was broken. It was then repaired at the Essen location because we live here. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after we bought it that we realized that the previous owner's car must have had marten damage.Now exactly 1 month after the warranty expired, the check engine light is back on. Now it came out that because of the marten damage, something is broken in the VCT unit. The plus cable needs to be replaced...costs €3000. Now we are stuck with the costs 1 year and 1 month later. Heinen doesn't pay for it. And the great thing is that they tell you to go to Ford because the people in the workshop don't know anything about Ford. Then why do you sell other brands?The car is only from 2019 and has only done 37,000 miles. Really annoying. Next time we buy we'll go somewhere else and pay even more attention to everything.

Incident 06/13/2023The staff which was there in the afternoon cannot be described as far as unfriendliness is concerned. Unfortunately, the gentleman and the lady do not know how to deal with paying customers.I picked up my car after it was there for service. The amount was then read out to me. I asked if this was done on account or immediately in cash. The woman then laughed at me and looked at other customers and said: with Lidl and Aldi you have to pay immediately.It was just a question from me!I hope this gets cracked down on. Otherwise, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Other incidents have also happened there.Conclusion. If you like being treated badly, go there!

New statement today brake is not worn out. Apparently there is no communication there, or only very poorly, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Ich habe von Krefeld aus ein Suzuki S-Cross gekauft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkaufsleiter Herr Lindemann sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich war hervorragend. Bei der Fahrzeugübergabe hat seine Vertretung, Herr Lindemeier, uns auch sehr höfflich und professionell über alles informiert und sich Zeit genommen das Fahrzeug genau zu erklären. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür. Das Autohaus hat damit insgesamt einen sehr vertrauenswürdigen und professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen. 23.05.24: Ich wollte heute meinen Wagen abholen, konnte telefonisch jedoch eine 3/4 Stunde niemanden erreichen, war in einer Dauerschleife. Um ca.17:30 Uhr treffen wir dort auf einen junge Angestellte, die flapsig und sichtlich genervt meinte, sie sei eigentlich garnicht mehr da. Abholung des Wagen sei nur bis 16:30 Uhr möglich. Nachdem ihr die 3/4-stündliche Nichterreichbarkeit mitgeteilt wurde und die Tatsache, dass im Internet Öffnungszeit bis 18 Uhr ist wurde sie dann freundlicher.Letztlich erhielten wir den Wagen nach ca. 4 Minuten ausgehändigt. Schade, unnötiger Wind um nichts.Ich hatte ursprünglich einen Stern vergeben. Nachdem man mich vom Kundenservice daraufhin kontaktierte und nachfragte, ob ich denn mit der Arbeit an sich zufrieden war, was ich ja auch war, habe ich mir überlegt, doch drei Sterne zu geben.

Ich habe mein Auto zur Inspektion nach KIA Heinen in Hagen gebracht.Von der Terminabsprache bis hin zur Abholung war ich sehr zufrieden. Trotz der Umstände des Umbaus bin ich sehr freundlich behandelt worden. Es spielt auch keine Rolle wen man dort anspricht, es wird einem immer weiter geholfen bzw. man bekommt eine gescheite Erklärung für eventuelle Verzögerungen.Man ist ja meistens auch nicht der einzige Kunde dort.

Rund um Zufrieden mit der Wahl des Autohauses Motor Center Heinen in Hagen Haspe und dem Verkäufer Herrn Lindemann. Vom Erstkontakt bis hin zur Auto Abholung habe ich mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt und man fühlt sich nicht zu irgendwas gedrängt wie es sonst der Fall ist. Dort ist der Kunde wirklich König 👑. Das Autohaus und den Verkäufer Herr Lindemann kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Top Verkäufer, freundlich, kompetent, Zuverlässig und vom Fach. Noch nie hatte ich so ein gutes Gefühl ein Auto zu kaufen wie dort. Bei allen Fragen und Sorgen war Herr Lindemann immer bereit zu helfen und hat alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Mein vorheriges Auto wurde vom Autohaus auch gekauft sodass ich kein Stress mit dem Verkauf des Autos hatte und mein neues Auto sorglos in empfang nehmen konnte. Nachdem wir bereits letzten November einen Kia bei Heinen in Hagen gekauft hatten und sehr zufrieden sowohl mit dem Wagen als auch mit dem Service waren, sind wir wieder zu Herrn Lindemeier gegangen, um uns wegen eines Hybrid Autos zu informieren. Herr Lindemeier hat uns auch dieses Mal freundlich und sehr kompetent beraten, letztendlich entschieden wir uns für einen Kia Niro Hybrid. 10 Sterne vergeben wir! Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Dienstwagen habe ich in anderen Autohäusern viel merkwürdiges erlebt... aber hier stimmte rundum alles! Service super, absolut freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und Herr Lindemann, unser Verkäufer, hat mich äußerst kompetent beraten. Ich habe noch keinen Verkäufer erlebt der sich so viel Mühe gegeben hat und auch im größten Stress so viel Geduld aufgebracht hat!Ich fahre jetzt den Kia Sportage plug in Hybrid und bin mehr als nur zufrieden!Überzeugt vom Gesamtpaket haben wir auch für meinen Mann hier das perfekte Auto gefunden, den Kia Niro ev. Kein empfehlenswertes Autohaus. Hier wird der Kaffee vor Kundenorientierung gesetzt trotz Termin. Auf Fragen wurde aggressiv und beleidigt reagiert. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Von Anfang bis Ende ein schlechtes Gefühl gehabt und zum Glück dagegen entschieden.

Nachdem festgestellt wurde, das mein alter Wagen nicht mehr durch den TÜV kommen wird, habe ich mich für einen neues Fahrzeug entschieden. Ein Stromer sollte es werden. Frau Leber hat mich sehr freundlich an Herrn Lindemeier verwiesen, der mich sehr zuvorkommend in Sachen Leasing beraten hat. Nachdem das Modell klar war, hat er trotz Weihnachtszeit alles ermöglicht, dass das Fahrzeug mir innerhalb von zwei Wochen angemeldet zur Verfügung stand. Insgesamt haben sich alle Mitarbeiter ins Zeug gelegt, damit alles gut über die Bühne geht. Damit spreche ich ihnen meinen Dank und Anerkennung für ihre Arbeit am und für den Kunden aus. Aufgrund dieser Tatsachen bleibe ich gerne dort Kunde.

Wir haben uns ein Gebrauchtfahrzeuge gekauft und unser altes Auto in Zahlung gegeben. Der Kauf wurde online und per Telefon abgewickelt, ganz ohne Probleme. Auch beim Abholen des Fahrzeugs war alles so wie besprochen. Herr Lindemann war sehr nett und auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Das Autohaus kann man nur empfehlen.
